Dear Parents and Guardians,

Your student will be participating in a school-wide event on Wednesday the 20th .  This event starts our year off on a positive note and allows students to see some of the other academies at the Applications and Research Lab during first and second period.   We are looking for a few willing adults to help out with this event.  Adults accompany groups of students around the school, following a well labeled map.  Ideally, the adults would attend between 7:30am and 9:10am.  But some jobs can be started a bit later or end a bit earlier.
