Alex Medina and BreShauna Palmer of the Advanced Hotel and Restaurant Management Academy will be attending the Culinary Institute of Virginia in the fall. Carrie Koebel, the admissions representative for CIV, invited Alex and BreShauna to participate in a community service project with her and several other students who plan on attending CIV in the fall. The group drove to the Ronald McDonald House in Norther Virginia and prepared a meal for the residents and their families. Both students enjoyed volunteering for this project and were very proud of the fact that they had the opportunity to represent our program,as well as CIV, and do something that made a difference in the lives of these residents and their families.
