The Trailblazer LEAD (Leadership, Engagement, & Development) group sponsored a canned/non-perishable food drive to support the Howard County Food Bank.  The created donation boxes that were placed in the Front Lobby of the Applications and Research Laboratory and at the employee entrance of the Central Office building.  The collection lasted approximately 10 days and the response was remarkable!  Pictured are members of the LEAD group with the donation turkey and only a snapshot of the HUNDREDS of goods that were donated.  This group of students and the others that donated have helped make this Thanksgiving special for many more families around the county!  To become a member of the LEAD student group please contact Mr. Burchett (Library Media Specialist), Ms. Broderick (Guidance Counselor), or Ms. Dailey (Special Education Teacher).  HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
