Change for Change The Howard County Applications and Research Laboratory (ARL) Chapter of Skills USA, under the program sponsorship of Rhonda Lang, led a “Change for Change” war between the different academies at ARL. Winners received baked goods made by the Hotel and Restaurant Management Academy. The school raised $1,126 for Grassroots. Skills USA members include (back row from l.) ARL is now CTEC!
The Howard County Public School System Applications and Research Laboratory (ARL) has been renamed and is now the Howard County Career & Technical Education Center (CTEC). Updates, including a new website, are forthcoming this summer.
